Frame Repairs

We will always try to repair frames in practice to keep costs down and will quote each job individually.

We have trained technicians in both of our branches at all times, we will be happy to attempt minor repairs on spectacles and can usually resolve any issues quite quickly for you. There are a number of repairs we can complete while you wait, usually free of charge; 

• Adjustments to frames to improve fit
• Replacing old or missing nose pieces
• Tighten loose or flappy arms
• Replace missing arms or screws
• Refit lenses that have fallen out
• Ultrasonic cleaning of frames

For repairs that are a little more challenging, such as resoldering snapped metal frames, or reattaching arms to plastic frames, we can send your frames away to an external lab. We have been using the same company for these repairs for years and we are confident they will be able to resolve most issues.
